The County has concluded contract negotiations with the selected proposer, prepared the final contract documents, and received a Letter of Intent from the selected proposer stating that it will execute the contract following the completion of County's protest process with non-selected proposers and the approval of the contract by the Board of Supervisors.

Addendum Number Eight to RFP # ESD 07-02 has been released.

This is a follow up regarding access to the PowerBuilder code in the diligence library. It seems that some parties have not been able to locate the framework or common graphical elements used in conjunction with this code.

The LEADER PowerBuilder code now available as a Zip file that can be downloaded at your convenience.
