 Toy Loan Appears in March 2013 Oprah Winfrey's 'O' Magazine Published on Feb 28, 2013 11:14 AM (12 years ago) Published by Marcia Blachman-Benitez The Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services Toy Loan Program is recognized by Oprah Winfrey's "O" Magazine (March 2013 Issue) as a great place to donate used toys. The Toy Loan Program is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 agency and all donations are tax deductible. Donating to Toy Loan is a benefit to the community, as well as, a benefit to the environment. As we strive to minimize plastic in our landfills, it is important to recycle and at the same time families can teach children about the value of donating to those in need.
