![]() LRS Update Published on Aug 11, 2010 03:25 PM (14 years ago) Published by The County has concluded contract negotiations with the selected proposer, prepared the final contract documents, and received a Letter of Intent from the selected proposer stating that it will execute the contract following the completion of County's protest process with non-selected proposers and the approval of the contract by the Board of Supervisors. Under Board of Supervisors Policy Manual Section 5.055 (Services Contract Solicitation Protest), the selected proposer’s proposal (not including confidential, proprietary, or trade secret portions) and related evaluation documents are now available for public disclosure.
If a non-selected proposer requests a review by the County Review Panel pursuant to the protest policy, then the proposal (not including confidential, proprietary, or trade secret portions) and related evaluation documents of such proposer will be made available for public disclosure upon request when such records are provided to the County Review Panel.
The negotiated agreement and accompanying documents will be available for public disclosure when the LRS agreement approval appears on the LA County Board of Supervisors’ meeting agenda.
